ORDER PROCESSING

Orders received, paid, and verified before 10:00 AM (Sydney time) are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed the next business day.

• No dispatch on weekends or public holidays

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships

DELIVERY DETAILS (Australia)

• Packaging: All orders are shipped in secure, protective packaging to prevent damage.

• Carriers: We use reliable services including Australia Post, TNT, Allied Express, Couriers Please, Aramex, StarTrack, or others at our discretion.

• PO Boxes: Orders containing items over 1m cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
  All other parcels can be delivered to residential, business, or PO Box addresses.

• Authority to Leave: If you opt in, LazyFisho is not responsible for lost or damaged items once delivered.

• Insurance: All orders are insured for free against loss or damage in transit.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

New Zealand

• Flat Rate: $15.00 AUD

Rest of the World

• Flat Rate: $35.00 AUD
  All international orders are shipped via express services with full tracking and signature on delivery.

Please Note:

• We do not ship items over 1m in length internationally under the flat rates. Contact us for a custom shipping quote on all rod orders.

• Some brands (e.g., Shimano) may be excluded from international shipping due to brand restrictions.

• If your order is unusually bulky or being shipped to a remote region, additional postage fees may apply. We will notify you before dispatch.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International customers may incur customs duties, VAT, or GST charged by your country upon arrival. These costs are your responsibility and are not covered by LazyFisho.

We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering to understand any applicable charges.
